« The information we gather is computerised for the purposes of order processing and dispatching our newsletter. The recipients of the data are our IT and marketing departments.

In accordance with the “Loi informatique et libertés” [French Data Protection Act] of 6 January 1978, amended in 2004, you have the right to access and correct data concerning you. You may exercise this right by contacting our customer service department (contact@jumpfive.fr).

You may also object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of data concerning you.

The information recorded is reserved for the use of these departments only and may only be communicated to the following recipients: IT and Marketing departments.

In accordance with articles 39 et seq. of the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 amended in 2004, anyone may access and, if applicable, correct or delete data concerning them by contacting the IT department.
