1. The various steps in entering into a contract online

a. Order

On the internet at:

Browse the pages of our website to make your selection. Your selections are added to your basket when you click on “Add to basket”. You can confirm your order at any time when browsing the site by clicking on “Confirm my order”.

b. Contract Confirmation

When you click on “Confirm my order”, a confirmation message appears. This lists all the products and options you have selected.
You must check all the information on the order form, in particular any information relating to delivery (delivery address, digital access codes, telephone numbers, etc.).
If there are no changes to make you must next familiarise yourself with these terms and conditions. If you accept them, you must tick the box “I have read the General terms and conditions of sale and accept them in full”.
To continue your order, click on “Payment”.
Once you have paid on our secure Merc@net server (see “payment”) an acknowledgement of receipt appears. This confirms that your order has been received and tells you that you will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as possible.

Products are offered for sale subject to stock availability. In the event of a risk related to product availability, JUMPFIVE reserves the right to refuse an order for a particular product above a certain quantity.

c. Technical identification methods and error correction

If you notice an error in the data entered after you have entered into the contract, you can amend your order provided it has not yet been dispatched (please contact us). If the order has already been dispatched, JUMPFIVE cannot be held liable for any delivery errors and return costs will be payable by you.

2. Statutory and Contractual Guarantees

a. Statutory Guarantees

In accordance with the statutory provisions in effect relating to goods conforming to contract, we will refund or exchange any product that is visibly defective, spoilt or damaged or which does not correspond with your order.
We will also refund all costs for returning the goods provided you send us the relevant supporting documents.
You have 48 hours in which to go back to the carrier in order claim these refunds, as our intention is not to undermine the benefits provided under statutory guarantees.
We therefore advise you to check the visible condition of your products in the presence of the delivery driver.

b. Liability

We do everything we can to satisfy our customers. We are responsible for the proper fulfilment of these general terms and conditions. Nevertheless, we cannot be held liable as a result of an instance of force majeure, an unpredictable or insurmountable action on the part of a third party to the contract or the product’s non-compliance with foreign legislation in the event of delivery to a country other than France.
War, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and impossibility of sourcing are considered instances of force majeure discharging the seller from their obligation to deliver.

3. Delivery times,costs and conditions

a. Delivery Conditions

We will deliver your products to the address shown on the order form.

Your orders are transported by Colissimo.

Delivery costs include packaging, handling and postal costs. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We are unable to group two separate orders and you will be obliged to pay postage costs for each one.

b. Delevery Times

Orders placed before 13.00 are dispatched by Colissimo on the same day and delivered within 48 hours.

c. Delivery Costs

Delivery is free of charge in mainland France for purchases over €180 incl. tax.

d. Order Tracking

An e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

4. Price

The prices of our products are shown in euros inclusive of tax (French VAT and other applicable taxes).
If you wish to have your order delivered outside of France, it may be subject to tax and customs duties when it arrives at its destination.
You are responsible for the payment of any such taxes or duties and we advise you to check with the appropriate authorities in your country. You must also check whether it is permitted to import or use the products you order from us in the destination country.

5. Payment methods and security

a. Payment methods

You have a number of payment options for purchases from
- By cheque payable to JUMPFIVE. In this case your order will be dispatched once your cheque has been paid in and accepted.
- By bank card: CB, Visa, MasterCard.
Payments are processed through merc@net, BNP’s secure payment service.
Merc@net is a platform for processing payment transactions made by card (CB, Visa and Mastercard). Transactions are processed in a secure environment using the encryption protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which avoids card numbers circulating unencrypted on the internet. Once you have confirmed the order in your basket, you will be directed to the payment platform to enter your card details and confirm your payment. This means that none of your bank information is communicated via our website.
Payment by bank card is therefore completely secure and your order will be recorded and confirmed as soon as the bank has accepted your payment.

6. Satisfaction or your money back : exercising your right to withdraw

In accordance with statutory provisions, you can exercise your right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your goods. You are not required to provide a reason nor to pay a penalty. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Products must be returned to us in their original condition (unworn, no stains, etc.) and in their original packaging, which must be completely intact. Goods must be returned in a packaging box. We will issue a refund or exchange for all sums paid within 30 days of your withdrawal at the latest.

7. Contract term and price validity

Prices include French VAT at the rate applicable on the day of the order and any change in the applicable rate of VAT will be automatically reflected in the price of products on sale on

Products remain the property of JUMPFIVE until the price has been received by JUMPFIVE in full.
Our price offers are only valid whilst the offer concerned is within its period of validity and stocks are available.
Our offers of goods and prices are valid if they are shown online on the day of the order.

8. . Applicable law / competent court

These terms and conditions are subject to French law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these conditions should first be dealt with amicably; failing this, the Commercial Court in Caen shall automatically have jurisdiction.
